PI Referral Coordinator - Intake Department

Our growing law firm is looking for an energetic personal injury referral coordinator to help drive our sales and grow the business. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, dependable and have excellent communication skills to increase referrals, enhance the company's reputation and look for new and creative ways to market our services.

PI Referral Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients and medical providers.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.

Track referrals and lead sources.

Work closely with the Intake team to implement growth strategies.

Consult with prospective clients to establish rapport and coordinate business meeting.

Other duties as assigned.

PI Referral Coordinator Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.

1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development, sales, customer service or similar field.

Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
